The Queen’s Royal Hussars Regimental Charity is a registered charity (Charity Commission No: 1043673) which exists to provide support to members and former members of The Queen’s Royal Hussars and its antecedent regiments, The Queen’s Own Hussars, The Queen’s Royal Irish Hussars, 3rd The King’s Own Hussars, 4th The Queen’s Own Hussars, The 7th Queen’s Own Hussars and The 8th King’s Royal Irish Hussars.
This support includes assistance by way of grants, gifts or payments for services or facilities to those who are in need or suffering hardship or distress. It also promotes the Regiment by preservation, repairs and maintenance of memorials, artifacts and trophies belonging to the Regiment. By contributing to the charity you are helping to ensure that these important aspects of Regimental life are preserved.
The Trustees of The Queen’s Royal Hussars Regimental Charity meet twice yearly to discuss the finances, objectives and achievements of the Regimental Charity.
All donations and legacies to the Regimental Charity are gratefully received. If you would like to make a donation or leave a legacy to the Regimental Charity please contact the Regimental Secretary for guidance.
